hawaiian cobb

i am making hawaiian cobb salad for dinner tonight. i got most of the ideas for toppings from a similar salad i used to always order from anthony's homeport restaurant in bellingham. i got really into it so i even made up a little menu thing on the computer for tom, becky and chris to fill out so that i can make each an individual salad with beautiful presentation. yummy! their choices are (they can pick any/all):
Grilled chicken
Bacon bits
Hardboiled eggs

Tomatoes
Avocado
Mango
Grated carrots
Green onion

Blue cheese crumbles
Cheddar Jack crumbles

Homemade fresh basil vinaigrette
Homemade fresh basil raspberry vinaigrette
Other: circle one- ranch, Italian, French
